Mario Warfare is a live-action action-adventure show created by Beat Down Boogie. It is a parody based off of the Super Mario video games. The series follows the invasion of the Mushroom Kingdom by Bowser and the war that results. The show has multiple allusions to The Matrix, World War II, and other action films. As of January 2013, there are 2 episodes.
Bowser's airship fleet wreaks havoc on the Mushroom Kingdom. The King is missing, presumed dead. The princess is on the run. A couple of plumbers answer the call of duty and sign up to fight. Now Mario, Luigi, and a team of old school video game characters are thrown into the gritty new world of first person shooters.

In 2011, Moore revealed on his channel that they were planning Mario Warfare. However, there was a variety of problems for production that not only made them discard their original videos, but drained most of their fundings. They were eventually able to restart the project, and make it better than what they had originally planned. The first episode was released on December 11, 2012, and the second on December 31. Beatdownboogie has launched a Kickstarter in order to get much-needed funds for more episodes. They successfully reached their $20,000 goal on December 21.
